Job Opening: 3x Independent working cook I – YUME Hoogeveen B.V. (Hoogeveen) & Yume Assen B.V. (Assen) YUME Hoogeveen and Yume Assen B.V. are modern Asian restaurants where guests can enjoy fresh sushi, sashimi, grilled dishes, and other Asian specialties. To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for 3 Independent working cook I for our Hoogeveen location and 3 Independent working cook I for our Assen location. Job Description As an Independent working cook I you are responsible for the preparation and cooking of dishes, and you contribute to an efficient, high-quality kitchen operation. Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients
• Applying fundamental cooking techniques
• Providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the à la carte selection, and preparation methods
• Managing inventory and placing orders
• Providing professional guidance and supervision to kitchen assistants Job Requirements
• MBO level 3 (vocational) working and thinking level
• Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

• A competitive salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience (in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for the Hospitality Industry, Job Group V)
