Who we are looking for: Vacancy: 3X Independent working cook I Location: FoodExplore (Mr Wok Hardenberg B.V.), Utrecht Employment: Full-time (38 hours per week) FoodExplore is a modern and internationally oriented all-you-can-eat restaurant in Utrecht. In an open kitchen, we prepare a wide range of dishes from world cuisine daily—from Asian specialties to European classics. We strive for high quality, hospitality, and dynamic collaboration within a professional kitchen team. Job Description As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for the daily operations in your kitchen station. You prepare dishes according to recipes and schedules, and monitor quality, hygiene, and presentation. Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ingredients are prepared independently
• Application of basic cooking techniques
• Provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods
• Responsible for inventory and order management
• Technically supervising assistant(s).

Job Requirements

• MBO 3 working and thinking level
• demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
